This seventeen-room hotel is in a residential neighbourhood south of Rovinj’s old town. It was renovated in 2022.

Space for one, two or four guests

Alongside the single room, you can choose a double room or the category called Slatka sobica za dvoje. Both accommodate two people and have a large double bed and a private bathroom. Pets are welcome at the hotel.

If you want to keep sleeping and living areas separate, the Junior suite has a bedroom with two single beds and a separate living room, accommodating two guests in total. The Suite and Luksuzni suite categories have a bedroom with a large double bed and a living room with a sofa. These units accommodate up to four guests.

Working in your room or the shared lounge

Each room has a desk or table where you can work on a laptop. A shared lounge provides space to work outside your room and to relax. Wi-Fi is available in the rooms and lounge. Laundry services are available for guests on longer stays.

The longer-stay offer covers seven, fourteen or twenty-eight nights. This offer is room-only, with breakfast available as an extra.

Parking and electric vehicle charging

The private car park has a limited number of spaces. Free parking is included in some direct-booking offers and is subject to availability. Other rates carry a parking charge. There is also an electric vehicle charging point at the hotel.
