Updated November 4, 2026.

Advent in Bale starts on 28 November 2026. Food and wine events, concerts, plays and stand-up shows will take place on Tomaso Bembo Square.

Naser Hamza is decorating the space, while the team from Kamene priče is preparing the food and drink offering. Hamza is a painter and sculptor from Bale who helped decorate the Advent celebrations in both 2021 and 2022. The Kamene priče team runs a jazz tavern in Bale’s old town.

The tent will be decorated in a similar style to previous editions. The opening time, closing date, event schedule and admission arrangements have not yet been confirmed.

In recent years, organisers have held Advent activities on two squares in Bale. The 2024 programme included children's workshops and concerts on Tomaso Bembo Square, with salt cod and pasutice pasta served on Christmas Eve. The first Advent candle was lit on La Musa. In 2025, organisers installed a dome on La Musa with a food and drink area, alongside weekend workshops and music.
