Living Area and Kitchen

The ground floor is arranged as an open living area with a dining room and kitchen, so cooking, meals and time by the fireplace stay within the same part of the house. The kitchen includes a wine cooler and an additional fridge in the pantry, while a washer and dryer are available for longer stays.

The dining table for eight connects the kitchen, the living room and the exit towards the pool.

Pool, Terrace and Outdoor Kitchen

The outdoor area is centred around a 42 m² heated pool, sun loungers and a covered dining area. The stone outdoor kitchen has a grill, sink and worktop, which is useful for summer meals close to the terrace and garden.

The covered terrace makes outdoor dining easier during the hotter part of the day, while the pool remains the main point of the daily rhythm.

Bedrooms

There are four bedrooms: one on the ground floor and three on the first floor. Two first-floor bedrooms open onto a shared terrace, and every bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, TV and air conditioning.

The bed layout suits stays of up to eight guests, with three double beds and two single beds.

Bathrooms and Wellness

The four bathrooms include showers, and there is an additional toilet by the sauna. The four-person infrared sauna is set in the wellness area with direct access towards the pool.

From the first floor, the view reaches greenery, the sea, Rovinj and the Brijuni Islands. The terrace by the bedrooms adds a quieter outdoor spot for morning coffee or evening downtime.

The terrace is connected to the upstairs bedrooms and remains separate from the main living area downstairs.

Villa BB is in Čubani, in the Bale area, within a residential zone of newer holiday homes. The old centre of Bale is a short drive away, San Polo and Colone beaches are about 15 minutes away, and Rovinj and Pula are usually within a 20 to 30-minute drive.
