Aminess Vival Maestral Hotel in Novigrad: family rooms and pools
Aminess Vival Maestral is a hotel with pools on Novigrad’s coast. Families can choose connecting rooms and activities suited to their children’s ages.
Family space and activities by age
The 32 m² Comfort family suite has a bedroom separate from a living room with two extra beds and accommodates up to four guests. For two separate bedrooms, the 40 m² Superior family room consists of two connecting double rooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a balcony on the sea side. Sea side and sea view are separate room categories.
For children aged four to ten, the entertainers run Miramí Fun Factory activities, from making souvenirs to treasure hunts. The playroom caters for the same age group, while children under four may join with a parent or carer. Children and teenagers aged ten to eighteen have a Game Room with table tennis and games consoles. The summer evening programme on the Punto Mare stage runs from 1 July to 31 August.
Hotel pools and swimming at Punto Mare
The indoor pool with heated seawater is 25 metres long, so you can swim at Maestral outside the summer months too. Beside the hotel are a freshwater outdoor pool for adults and a separate children’s pool. The hotel’s outdoor pools are for hotel guests. Included loungers and parasols are limited in number and cannot be reserved.
The shoreline has stretches of gravel and rock. Access to the beach is free, and beside it is Punto Mare, a tidal seawater swimming area with a sun terrace and bar. Loungers and parasols there carry a separate charge.
Wellness and meals under your booking
Bookings through the Aminess website or reservation centre include use of the indoor pool, gym and one daily entry to the SPA area. A time slot must be booked for the SPA. The Finnish sauna, steam room and relaxation area form part of this zone, while massages and treatments have a separate price list.
You can choose bed and buffet breakfast or half board with breakfast and dinner. From 2 November to 28 December 2026, half board also includes still soft drinks from dispensers and water with dinner. The Oliveto buffet restaurant and its à la carte offering are separate services.
Arrival and practical details
Check-in starts at 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Reception is open around the clock, and arrivals after 20:00 should be announced. In October 2026, parking on the hotel grounds costs €3 per day. Spaces cannot be reserved in advance, and payment is made at reception.
Guests arriving with bicycles have a dedicated room for storing them. Small pets are permitted with advance notice and an extra charge.
