The opening of the 14th Altamira International Guitar Festival "Bale Valle Armonica" will be held with the renowned Italian ensemble from Gorizia.

Gorizia Guitar Orchestra

This guitar ensemble, founded in 1990 in Gorizia, Italy, was created as an initiative of a group of passionate young musicians and students under the direction of maestro and conductor Claudio Pio Livieri. The orchestra brought together the best guitarists from the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region and quickly gained a reputation both nationally and internationally. Soprano guest Ivana Sant will perform as well.
