Family Hotel Amarin in Rovinj: connecting rooms and children’s clubs
Family Hotel Amarin in Rovinj has connecting rooms for families. Four children’s clubs organise programmes for ages ranging from babies to teenagers.
The hotel stands on a peninsula about four kilometres from the centre of Rovinj. Parking beside the hotel is included in the stay.
One room or two connected rooms
A Standard room with one extra bed accommodates two adults and one child up to the age of 13. It has a balcony with a sea view and a bathroom with a shower. Premium Family accommodation connects two Standard rooms for families who need separate spaces.
Grand Family accommodation consists of two connected Grand rooms, with two bathrooms, two balconies and two sofas. It accommodates two adults and up to four children aged up to 13. A cot is available on request and is included in the price.
Age groups and children’s meals
The Ultramarine Kids Club has groups for children under three, ages three to six, seven to eleven, and twelve to seventeen. Registration at the club’s hotel Info Desk is required for entry and activities. Sports and creative courses depend on the children’s ages, the season and the weather. Courses are included for hotel guests, except for individual sailing lessons, which cost extra.
The Marvelus restaurant serves buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a children’s buffet and freshly prepared baby food. With full board, the first meal is lunch on arrival day and the last is breakfast on departure day. The baby-food preparation corner, with a kettle and microwave, is also available at night. Individual babysitting outside club hours requires at least 24 hours’ notice and costs extra.
Hotel pools and the neighbouring campsite
The coast beside the hotel has pebbly, rocky and concrete sections with natural shade. The hotel’s outdoor pools open seasonally and are not heated. The indoor pools have separate facilities for adults, children and babies, with water temperatures of 30 to 32 °C. Sunbeds and parasols by the hotel pools and on the beach are included for hotel guests.
Hotel guests can also enter the pool complex at the neighbouring Amarin Campsite, with its spray park and indoor pool, at no extra admission charge. Sunbeds, parasols and the family lounge there cost extra.
