The rooms and suites are in the historic Stancija Meneghetti. A Classic room has 28 m² for two guests, while a Vintage room has 42 m² and space for one more guest. For a longer stay as a couple, a 65 m² suite offers more room and a balcony or loggia, depending on the category.

Estate Garden and Vineyard Garden residences have 75 m², a stated capacity of 2+2 and a private garden. Estate Pool residences have the same floor area and a private pool. The villas have enclosed gardens and their own pools, while Casa Del Bosco offers 325 m² for four guests.

The spa and time on the estate

At the spa, you can use a heated indoor pool. The Tranquillity Zone, with a sauna and steam bath, is for adults. The outdoor Garden Spa has a Finnish sauna and a cold plunge pool. Face and body treatments use olive oil from the estate and grape extracts.

For a meal on the estate, there is Meneghetti Restaurant, while Oliveto operates seasonally. At the Wine Lounge, the team arranges wine and olive oil tastings and guided winery tours.

The coast is a separate outing

The hotel stands outside Bale's old town, among vineyards and olive groves. The Beach Club is a separate coastal venue with a restaurant, bar and a natural beach below it. In October 2026, the club is closed, with reopening announced for the 2027 season.
