Meneghetti Restaurant & Bar in Bale

At Stancija Meneghetti near Bale, chef Ante Miletić and his team do not serve the same menu all year. They adapt it to the season and to what they can grow or source.

They grow some of their vegetables in their own organic garden and source other ingredients from local producers. They also select fish and other ingredients from the Adriatic according to the season and availability. They prepare Istrian dishes in a contemporary style and serve them with Meneghetti wines and a selection of Croatian and international wines.

Meneghetti is listed as a recommended restaurant in the 2026 Michelin Guide.

In summer, the team serves lunch at Oliveto

The team serves breakfast from 7 to 11 a.m., lunch from noon to 6 p.m. and dinner from 6:30 to 11 p.m. They accept the last lunch reservation at 4 p.m. and the last dinner reservation at 9:30 p.m. From May to September, they serve lunch at the Oliveto restaurant on the same estate.
