Cattunar Wine Residence in Nova Vas near Brtonigla
Cattunar Wine Residence is beside the family winery in Nova Vas. A guided tasting and an hour of private spa use per room per day are included.
The Cattunar family expanded from winemaking into accommodation among their vineyards and olive groves. Staying guests tour the vineyards and winery and take part in a guided tasting. They can buy wines at cellar prices, and a welcome bottle awaits them in their room.
Breakfast is included in the room rate. The hotel has an outdoor pool, a gym and private parking with electric vehicle charging facilities. The pool operates seasonally, from late May to October.
Double room and family suite
The Brivido double room has a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a French balcony overlooking the vineyards, the Mirna valley and Mount Učka. It also has a six-bottle wine fridge.
The Senator family suite has a bedroom, a living room and a mezzanine. Its two balconies face the vineyards and the sea. Extra beds in the living room or on the mezzanine are available on request for a supplement. Pets are not allowed in Brivido or Senator.
A private spa session
The spa has Finnish and infrared saunas and a hot tub. Each room or suite includes one hour of private use per day, booked at reception and subject to availability. Opening hours are 08:30 to 21:30. The spa and other hotel facilities are reserved for overnight guests.
Location and check-in
The hotel is at Nova Vas 3, outside the centre of Brtonigla. Check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00, and check-out is from 10:00 to 11:00.
