Spirito Santo Palazzo Storico in Rovinj
Spirito Santo occupies restored town houses in old Rovinj. Rooms in Palazzo and suites in Palazzetto differ in layout and access.
Rooms in three restored houses
The main Palazzo building brings together three restored houses from the 1920s and contains 12 double rooms. For a stay for two, options include an 18 m² Classic or a 28 m² Superior with a terrace. The latter has views towards the sea and St Euphemia’s Church. Other rooms overlook town lanes, rooftops or the inner courtyard, so a sea view is not a feature of every room.
Palazzo has no guest lift, and rooms are reached by stairs. Access is different in the separate Palazzetto, around thirty metres from the main building. Here, a lift opens directly into the suites on the first, second and third floors. The sea-view suite measures 34 m² and accommodates two to three people.
Breakfast and Sapori restaurant
At Sapori, breakfast includes homemade bread, Istrian dry-cured ham and cheeses from local producers. The restaurant also serves olive oil from its own grove of around forty trees near Rovinj. Guests who are not staying at the hotel can come for breakfast from 8 am to 11 am. Sapori opens for dinner Monday to Saturday from 6 pm to 10 pm and is closed on Sundays.
Conditions of stay
The hotel welcomes guests aged 13 and over. Dogs weighing up to 12 kg are allowed with advance notice and a supplement of €20 per day, but cannot enter the lounge, breakfast area or restaurant. Check-out is by 11 am.
