Camping Solaris: a naturist stay on Lanterna

Camping Solaris offers a naturist stay among Lanterna’s oaks. Choose a pitch with the facilities you need, or rooms and apartments near reception.

From a tent spot without hook-ups to a spacious pitch

At Solaris, you can choose how much to rely on your own camping equipment. Tent Spot spaces in zone N have no electricity or water hook-ups. Comfort pitches measure 80 to 110 m² and have both connections, while Comfort XL pitches in zone E offer 210 to 270 m², with electricity, water and drainage. This zone is close to reception, the shop and sanitary block 6.

You can also stay without bringing a tent or camping vehicle. Rooms and apartments occupy the eastern part near reception, and mobile homes are another option. These types of accommodation are within the same naturist complex and follow its rules.

Swimming at Galeb, Sidro and the western shore

Solaris occupies part of the Lanterna peninsula in the Tar area, north of Poreč. Rocks, pebbly stretches and sunbathing platforms alternate along roughly 2.5 kilometres of shore. At Galeb beach in the east, steps with a handrail provide one way into the sea. Sidro beach below the pool has an adapted sea entrance for people with disabilities. To the west, rocky and pebbly stretches have grassy areas above the shore.

The outdoor freshwater pool beside the sea measures 25 × 10 metres and is 1.1 metres deep. Guests can use poolside sun loungers and parasols at no extra charge, while beach rentals cost extra. The designated area at the far western end of the shore is for swimming with dogs. Dogs are not allowed on Galeb or Sidro beaches.

Meals without cooking on your pitch

You can add half-board at the Solaris restaurant, with buffet breakfast and dinner, whether you stay on a pitch, in a room or in another accommodation type. Sidro beside the pool is an option for lunch, and campsite shops sell groceries for preparing your own meals. Guests must wear clothes in the restaurants, unlike on the naturist beach and at the pool.

Naturist rules and arrival

At the beach and pool, guests swim and sunbathe without swimwear. Families can stay here, and minors must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult. Guests arriving alone must be members of the International Naturist Federation, INF. Photographing other guests without their consent is not allowed.

The road through Lanterna leads to reception. Pitch check-in runs from 13:00 to 22:00, and pitches must be vacated by noon on departure day.
