Porton Nature Hideouts campsite in Rovinj

At Porton in Rovinj, stay among the pines on a pitch or in a holiday home with a private pool. The shore beside the site looks towards the old town.

From Porton Nature Hideouts, you can walk down to Porton Biondi Beach and continue along the coast towards Rovinj. From the bathing area, you can see the old-town peninsula and St Euphemia’s Church. A coastal road separates the campsite from the beach, with marked pedestrian crossings. Pines provide shade within the site, while the pebble sections, concrete sunbathing areas and grass by the sea have no natural shade.

Pitches to suit your vehicle

Prestige pitches, averaging 90 m², accommodate motorhomes up to eight metres long and caravans up to seven metres. They have electricity, water and drainage connections. Premium pitches measure up to 65 m² and take motorhomes up to seven metres. Smaller Comfort pitches, up to 50 m², suit motorhomes up to five and a half metres or a larger tent with a car. Premium and Comfort pitches have electricity.

The separate 25 m² Tent category caters for tent campers, including those arriving by bicycle or motorcycle. Cars cannot reach these spaces, and this category does not include parking. This distinguishes them from Comfort pitches, which can accommodate a tent and a car.

A holiday home for four with a private pool

The single-module Family Holiday Home with pool accommodates four guests in 34 m² of indoor space, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. You can prepare meals in the kitchen, and the three-by-five-metre saltwater pool belongs to that home. Bed linen and bathroom and pool towels are included, but beach towels are not.

The range also includes homes for two and other family layouts, including homes with a hot tub. Not every category has a private pool. Holiday-home guests have free shared parking, while only some units have a parking space beside the home. Check-in for holiday homes starts at 16:00, and check-out is by 10:00.

Food shopping and pets

There is a shop and a bakery on site, so you can buy ingredients for a meal without going into town. Gas and electric barbecues are permitted. Reception is open around the clock, while payments are handled from 07:00 to 22:00.

Pets can stay on pitches and in holiday homes. The limit is four pets per pitch and two per home, and they must be kept on a lead around the campsite. There is a separate dog beach nearby.
