Villetta Phasiana in Fažana: a hotel in the pedestrian old town by the harbour
Villetta Phasiana has 21 rooms in Fažana’s old town. A stay by the square and harbour can include a private session in the hotel spa.
From the hotel, you can walk into the narrow streets of Fažana and down to the waterfront, where boats depart for Brijuni.
Different rooms in a 16th-century house
Restoration of the historic house began in 2005. Its layout explains why rooms within the same category vary in size. Standard doubles range from 12 to 21 m² and have a private bathroom and air conditioning. Two are in the attic, and one of these can accommodate an extra bed for a third guest. Sea Side rooms face the fishing harbour and the sea, on the first and second floors of the main building. They sleep two adults and measure 15 to 19 m².
Breakfast on the square and a private spa session
At the hotel bar La Barchetta, you can have breakfast, coffee or a drink on the terrace facing the square and harbour. The spa is for private use by prior reservation. It has a Finnish sauna and a whirlpool bath, with massages also available. Included meals and spa use depend on the accommodation offer booked.
Arriving without driving to the door
The old town is a pedestrian zone with no vehicle access. The public car park at Ulica 1. maja 8 is around 100 metres from the hotel. Parking tickets arranged through the hotel must be ordered at least a day before arrival, and luggage assistance must be agreed in advance. Arrivals after 8 pm also require prior arrangement with reception.
