Hotel Navis in Preluk: rooms and swimming on the Opatija coast
Navis stands on a cliff in Preluk Bay near Opatija. Its rooms and suites face the sea, with an outdoor pool and bathing area along the shore.
The hotel is on the northern edge of Opatija, outside the town centre. The building follows the slope between the coastal road and the sea. Rooms and suites have private balconies or terraces.
Outdoor pool and spa
The heated outdoor pool is part of the hotel’s waterfront area. The spa has a Finnish sauna, Turkish steam bath and relaxation area, with access from the terrace to the hotel beach.
Massages and other treatments require advance booking. Appointments outside the spa’s opening hours must be arranged at least 24 hours ahead and carry an additional charge.
Seafood and a tasting menu
The restaurant serves fish and meat dishes. Kvarner scampi come grilled, in buzara sauce or raw, and are also used to make the bisque for risotto and homemade tagliatelle.
Alongside the à la carte selection, there is a tasting menu for at least four people, booked a day in advance. Ingredients depend on the season and daily availability.
