Monovarietal buža in the Flos Olei guide
Tonin's buža olive oil scored 96 out of 100 in the 2026 edition of Flos Olei. Its profile is distinctly green: unripe tomato, white apple and banana are joined by basil, mint and celery. The bitterness is pronounced and the peppery finish harmonious. From 2020 to 2026, Tonin's scores in the guide ranged from 95 to 96. Tonin extra virgin olive oil also won a gold medal at the 2025 International Agricultural Fair in Novi Sad.
