Omajolas: Farma Jola’s organic extra virgin olive oils from Savudrija
Farma Jola in Frančeskija near Savudrija produces organic extra virgin olive oils under the Omajolas name, using only olives from its own groves. In August 2026, Nika and Athena are sold out; the farm plans to make olive oil from the new harvest available again from mid-January 2027.

Nika and Athena are organic extra virgin olive oils produced by Farma Jola. The farm also produces organic tea from dried olive leaves.
Olives grown and processed in Frančeskija
The farm grows 2,350 olive trees on approximately 12 hectares of red soil. The groves contain Leccino, Istarska bjelica, Rosinjola, Pendolino, Karbonaca, Buža, Crnica, Buža puntoža and Cipressino.
Only olives from Farma Jola’s own groves are used for the oils. They are processed in the farm’s own facility immediately after harvest using cold extraction. The 2026 organic certificate covers both production and processing.
Visiting the olive grove
A visit lasts 30 to 45 minutes and includes an introduction to organic cultivation and a guided tour of the olive grove. There is no charge, and parking at the farm is free.
