Hotel Astoria in Opatija: rooms and a suite with a rooftop terrace
Astoria has rooms and suites near Slatina in Opatija. For a separate living room and private rooftop terrace, choose the top-floor suite.
The hotel occupies the former Villa Louise, built in 1904. It stands on the inland side of Maršala Tita street, above the Lungomare seafront promenade. You reach the sea via the town streets, and the hotel is not on the beach. Parking costs extra.
A balcony or a separate living room
You can choose a Deluxe room with a private balcony. The 32 m² Junior Suite sleeps two and overlooks the park. It has a large desk, a seating area with a sofa and tea and coffee facilities.
The suite with a rooftop terrace measures 35 m² and sleeps two. Its bedroom and living area are separate. It occupies the top floor, with a private terrace overlooking Kvarner Bay and the islands of Cres and Krk.
Rooms have air conditioning, a minibar, a safe and a kettle.
Breakfast and a walk to the coast
You can book a stay with a buffet breakfast. Astoria has no swimming pool of its own, and Slatina town beach is nearby. From the beach, you can follow the Lungomare towards the Maiden with the Seagull statue and Angiolina Park, described in our guide to Opatija.
