Hotel Marina in Izola: rooms beside the old harbour
Hotel Marina stands beside the harbour in Izola’s old town. Rooms overlook neighbouring houses or the sea, and some have a balcony or terrace.
Standard rooms measure 17 to 27 m² and overlook neighbouring buildings or a side street. Sea View rooms face the sea and measure 19 to 26 m² including the bathroom. They have a small balcony, a 180 cm wide bed and a bathroom with a shower.
Sea View rooms are on the fourth floor. The lift goes to the third floor, so the final flight is by stairs. Superior and King Superior rooms have terraces overlooking the sea. For a separate bedroom and living room, there is a 40 m² Junior Suite on the first floor with a private terrace.
The hotel restaurant focuses on seafood.
Spa hire is a separate service, with advance booking required for a two-and-a-half-hour session. Harmony has a Finnish sauna and hot tub. Blue adds an infrared sauna and accommodates up to six people.
Guests arriving by bicycle can use a storage room with basic repair tools. There are 24 paid hotel parking spaces, but they cannot be reserved in advance.
Check-in starts at 3 pm, and rooms must be vacated by 11 am on departure day.
