Italian classics and Istrian pasta

Chef Gian comes from Friuli, while Goran runs the dining room. They bake pizzas in a wood-fired oven, from classic margherita and capricciosa to seafood pizza. The Italian cooking extends beyond pizza, with starters such as veal with tuna sauce.

Alongside Italian pasta shapes, they prepare Istrian pljukanci, served alla scoglio with seafood. They also make pasta with lobster, while spinach and ricotta ravioli provide a vegetarian option.

Fish and meat from the grill

You can begin a fish lunch with sardines in savor marinade or octopus carpaccio, followed by grilled fish. Whole fish is priced by weight: the day's fish, sea bream and sea bass are charged per kilogram. Fillets have separate prices per portion. For a meal with several kinds of seafood, they prepare a mixed fish platter, and calamari come grilled or fried.
