Pizzeria Grimani in Svetvinčenat

Alongside set combinations, you can choose your own toppings on the Grimani pizza. Its base is tomato, cheese and oregano.

Choosing toppings and dough

For meat toppings, choose Domaća with sausage and ombolo or Istriana with prosciutto and olives. If you prefer fish, Napoletana comes with salted sardines and capers.

Each of these pizzas is available in a 25 or 33-centimetre size. For an extra charge, you can replace the classic dough with hemp dough or a gluten-free base. You can also order a stuffed crust for an additional charge.

Only a few steps across Svetvinčenat’s main square separate Morosini-Grimani Castle from Pizzeria Grimani.

From Tuesday to Friday the pizzeria opens at 2 pm, but pizza service starts at 4 pm. At weekends and on public holidays, pizzas are served from 2 pm.
