At San Pol, above the beach of the same name, fish is grilled and mussels cooked buzara-style. Pizza and Istrian ombolo are also on the menu.
Grilled fish and seafood
They grill sea bream and sea bass as individual portions, while Adriatic fish is priced by weight. You can order the fish platter for one or two people.
They cook mussels in a white sauce or buzara-style. Squid comes fried or grilled, and they also grill scampi. They prepare scampi with tagliatelle too, and use seafood in risotto.
Istrian ingredients and the children's menu
They grill Istrian ombolo and prepare a meat platter for two. They serve pršut as a cold starter with sheep's cheese and use it on the Istriana pizza with cheese and Parmesan. They add truffles to tagliatelle and sea bream fillets.
Alongside Istriana, they make margherita and capricciosa pizzas, with some pizzas available in smaller sizes for children. The separate children's menu includes spaghetti bolognese and Wiener schnitzel.
