Restaurant Lav in Bale: Macedonian grill and Istrian dishes

At Lav, choose Macedonian grills, Istrian dishes and fish. Lamb and other peka roasts need to be ordered in advance.

The cooks grill ćevapi, stuffed pljeskavica and Macedonian uvijač. They use earthenware pots for tavče gravče and makedonska tava. Istrian dishes and grilled fish are also available à la carte.

Bread and roasts under the peka

The cooks bake bread under the peka. They prepare lamb, kid goat, suckling pig and duck the same way, but these meat dishes require prior arrangement.
