Pizza leads the menu

The Porto Bus pizza brings together mushroom cream, bacon and onion, while the Istrian pizza pairs ombolo with Istrian sausage. On the Lombardia, gorgonzola balances the sweetness of pear. Dolce vita, with ricotta, walnuts, honey and apricot cream, can take the place of dessert.

Panuozzo from the oven and a mixed grill

The same oven produces panuozzo with either a caprese filling or pesto and grilled chicken. The mixed grill for two includes pork neck and sausage with roasted vegetables, corn and cabbage. Gluten-free pasta is clearly marked on the menu.

Vegetables from the Fresh Market garden at the campsite appear on the vegetarian pizza, in salads and beside grilled meat. Damjanić wines and several San Servolo beer styles accompany the pizzas and grill dishes.

Porto Bus stands a few steps from Colone beach. The playground is beside the terrace, and a separate children's menu offers smaller pizzas, bolognese, Milanese-style cutlet and chicken medallions.

Waits can be longer at dinner in the high season, and takeaway orders are not always accepted at the busiest times.
