Winery Pilato

In Lašići, a small village near Poreč, three generations of the Pilato family tell their wine story from 1934 to today.

On 15 hectares are grown the most autochthonous varieties of Istria, Malvazija Istria and Teran, as well as international Chardonnay, Pinot white, Sauvignon white, Muscat white, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon.

All the vineyards are 250 meters above sea level on red soil (terra rossa) rich in bauxite and iron, giving the wines a distinct mineral touch.

If you decide to visit the winery, there is a wine tasting room where you can taste and buy wine and olive oil.

The tasting room has a capacity of up to 20 people.

The following red wines are for sale: Teran, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Grande cuvée.

The following white wines are sold: Malvazija Istria, Malvazija sur lie, Pinot white, Chardonnay, Sauvignon white, Muscat white, Serafin
