Punta Corrente, Rovinj

Punta Corrente is a cape in the protected Zlatni rt and Škaraba forest park. Bathing spots follow the rocky shore and vary considerably in ease of access.

The coast is open to the public, but level places for a towel are limited and entry into the water is not equally easy everywhere. Choose a clearly visible entry point and never jump before checking the depth. Nearby pebble coves are more practical for small children and less confident swimmers.

Walk or cycle through the forest park

Maintained paths lead to the cape. Cars must be left in designated areas outside the forest park because motor traffic is not permitted within the protected area. Stay on the paths, do not light fires and take all waste away with you.
