Škrape Beach in Medulin: a rocky shore beside the campsite
Škrape is a rocky beach at Arena Medulin Campsite, with pebbles in the shallows. A coastal path runs beside it, with pines further inland.
The beach lies on the eastern shore of the larger peninsula at Arena Medulin Campsite, north of the narrow isthmus leading to the smaller peninsula. The coastal path continues across the isthmus and around the smaller peninsula.
Rocks and stone dominate the dry shore, while parts of the beach and the seabed are pebbly. The pines grow behind the coastal path, separate from the open strip beside the sea.
The campsite's main entrance is at Osipovica 30. From there, a footpath through the campsite leads to Škrape. Day visitors entering by car pay an entrance fee. Parking is not permitted on the beach or on the campsite roads.
The AC Medulin Škrape sampling site received an excellent final bathing water quality rating under Croatian standards for the 2026 season.
If you prefer sand and a long stretch of shallow water, Bijeca is beside the campsite's landward entrance.
