Delfinček beach in Izola: concrete sunbathing terraces by the marina

Delfinček is a managed bathing area on Izola’s seafront path. Beside the marina’s stone breakwater, concrete terraces provide space by the sea.

Trees grow in a green strip behind the sunbathing area. Shade is concentrated there, rather than along the entire water’s edge.

Beach facilities include lounger and sunshade hire, and Bar Delfinček with drinks and ice cream. Hotel Delfin’s indoor and outdoor pools are separate facilities with their own conditions of use.

The seafront path beside the marina leads to the bathing area, with parking nearby. Local residents and hotel guests both use the beach.

The path continues towards San Simon Bay, where you can choose a pebble shore. Beside it are a paved bathing area and a summer waterslide.
