Donji Špadići beach in Poreč: swimming by the seafront promenade
Donji Špadići is a town beach in the southern part of Srgulje Bay in Poreč. Pebbles, rocks and paved sunbathing areas line the promenade.
The bathing area is about two kilometres north of the town centre, with a seafront promenade for access on foot or by bicycle. Houses and visitor accommodation stand behind the shore. Further north lies the separate Špadići-Materada town beach.
Paved sunbathing areas sit alongside coastal retaining walls. Steps lead into the sea, while other stretches have rocks and pebbles. Dogs are not allowed on this beach.
Lifeguards are on seasonal duty from 1 June to 30 September, from 8 am to 7 pm.
