Peharovo Beach in Lovran: a pebble shore below the coastal road
Peharovo is a pebble cove in southern Lovran. The coastal road runs above the shore, with a car park on the inland side.
On the central beach, you enter the sea over pebbles, while rocks line the edges of the cove. The bathing area has showers, toilets and changing cubicles.
Peharovo car park lies on the inland side of the D66 road, separate from the beach. From the car park, you continue towards the sea on foot.
The seawater sample taken on 21 September 2026 was rated excellent. The annual classification for 2026 and the final four-year classification under Croatian regulations are also excellent.
Farther south along the same road is Medveja, a separate village with a long pebble beach and a small harbour at the northern end of the bay.
