Červar Porat town beach: pebbles and a coastal promenade
At Červar Porat town beach, the sea is reached over a layer of pebbles. An asphalt promenade runs beside the shore.
Walking from the village
The bathing area is on the northern shore of Červar Porat, west of the marina. You can walk there from the village along the coastal promenade. Červar Porat lies north of Poreč.
The beach has showers and changing cubicles, with a picnic area for longer stays by the sea. Pets are not allowed.
How the present beach took shape
The works in 2016 extended the asphalt section of the coastal promenade and added pebbles at the entrance to the sea. In May 2021, the old waterslide was removed, and its platform was converted into a beach and sunbathing area. The large slide seen in older photographs is no longer a feature of this bathing area.
