Polidor beach in Funtana, beside D’Or Beach Club
Polidor beach in Funtana is also known as D’Or Beach. Beside the pebble and rocky shore, the beach club rents out sunbeds and canopied daybeds.
The bathing area lies on the coastal path between Funtana and the Bijela Uvala campsite. It is around 800 metres from Camping Polidor, so staying at that campsite does not mean staying on the beach. You can walk or cycle to the shore and combine a swim with a coastal walk.
Pebbles, rocks and a dog-friendly section
Pebble sections alternate with rocks, with surfaced areas beside the club for relaxing out of the water.
A separate section south of the club is set aside for swimming with dogs. This applies to the marked stretch, rather than the entire bathing area. Showers, toilets and changing cabins are located beside the beach.
Swimming and spending time at the club
Visitors who are not staying at the campsite can also come to the beach. At D’Or Beach Club, you can combine a swim with a drink or a meal by the sea. Music is part of the club’s concept.
Equipment hire is a separate service. Reservation conditions and minimum spend depend on the date, the position of your space and the programme. Booking a sunbed is therefore different from coming for a swim, and access to the club area does not include free use of its equipment.
