Šćuza Beach near Pomer beside Premanturska cesta
Šćuza is a pebble beach near Pomer, beside Premanturska cesta. Cross the nearby footbridge to continue towards the village on foot or by bike.
The beach lies on the seaward side of the road, east of the footbridge. The enclosed bay of the former Šćuza fish farm lies to its west. A narrow strip of land carrying the road to Premantura separates the two stretches of coast.
Pines grow along the back of the beach, with woodland continuing across the road. If you approach from the inland side, you need to cross the road that runs beside the bathing area.
The coastal route to the footbridge
The Premanturka walking and cycling route from Premantura passes Arena Tašalera Campsite, then continues along the former fish-farming area to the beach. The footbridge leads across towards Pomer.
