Canova Beach at Camping Park Umag near Karigador
Canova is a developed beach at Camping Park Umag near Karigador. Steps and ramps lead into the sea beside paved sunbathing areas and a rocky shore.
The sunbathing area has no natural shade. Sun loungers and parasols cost extra, and some loungers stand above the surface of the sea. The playground beside the beach has a sandpit and shade canopies.
A coastal promenade runs alongside the beach and the Canova freshwater pool complex. The campsite’s central beach has pebbled and concrete sections, unlike the predominantly paved Canova shoreline.
Access to the beach is through Camping Park Umag. During the campsite season, day visitors register at reception and may visit between 8 am and 9 pm. Visits lasting more than two hours are charged according to the campsite’s price list. The 2026 campsite season ran from 23 April to 4 October.
